About this level
From here on the goal changes. You know where every key is — now we build flow. Whole sentences, proper capitals, real punctuation, and the freedom to type through a mistake and fix it after.
What you practise here
- Short sentences — Read the whole sentence before you start. Then type it in one smooth run. Target: 22 words per minute at 92% accuracy.
- Longer sentences — Look one or two words ahead of your fingers — that is the real secret. Target: 25 words per minute at 93% accuracy.
- Sentence sprint — Sixty seconds of smooth, steady typing. Target: 26 words per minute at 92% accuracy, over 60 seconds.
- Sentence champion — Rhythm beats bursts. Keep it even. Target: 28 words per minute at 94% accuracy.
How this level is scored
Every lesson awards up to three stars. One star is for finishing, two for finishing accurately, and three for accuracy at the level's pace — speed on its own never earns a star. From Level 11 the lessons let you type straight through a mistake and fix it afterwards, because the goal has shifted from muscle memory to fluency. Words per minute is recorded but never shown to the child — it appears only on the parent and progress pages.
